Biota Medicine in Treating Covid-19

An outbreak of coronavirus pneumonia disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the 2019 novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) began in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in December 2019, and has spread throughout China and to 36 other countries and territories

ABR has invented two protocols to target COVID-19, these are: (1) Novel Herbal/Plant Preparations and (2) Camelid IgG subclass 2 and 3, that may lead to new approach for alternative and modern medicine, and also for nutraceutical industries to prevent and cure severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

1. Novel Herbal/Plant Preparation

Novel herbal preparation that is anti-viral against cold and flu viruses, rotaviruses, and the like. The research describes the discovery of a new approach to treat and prevent flu viruses from infecting patients in the first place. The invention identified a potential herbal preparation remedy that can inhibit the infection process and demonstrate whether the herbal preparation worked in a number of patients. These results may lead to a new approach in the design of novel antiviral drugs, noting that it could be used to develop new herbal drugs for a variety of other human viral diseases including novel COVID-19.

2. Camelid IgG subclass 2 and 3: Passive Immunity, Treat and Diagnose the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Camels have a unique immunoglobulin G (IgG) that has been proven by medical research to greatly improve the immune system of humans. Dr. Jassim’s innovation1 found that Camel antibodies (IgG) are very small proteins, and therefore are more likely to be hypoallergenic to the recipient, and able to suppress tumor cells via a specific camelid IgG associated with its use. Therefore, the aim of this proposal is to develop a novel oral vaccine ‘passive immunity’’ with Camelid IgG, anti-COVID-19, with the required dose/titre to treat and to prevent infection, in which can also be used to rapidly detect COVID-19 from patients’ saliva in 15 min. Furthermore, the camel can also be stimulated to produce antibodies against any infectious viral diseases. This will be extremely important for health care around the world.
